• The following are the terms and conditions of Poppersindia.com Online Service Agreement. Please read carefully.
• Accessing the information on the Poppersindia.com website means that you understand, accept, agree, and are bound to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
• Please leave the site now if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.
• All references to Poppersindia.com in this Agreement shall include the Poppersindia.com website.
• Only individuals 18 years old and over can have access to Poppersindia.com

Shipments and Returns

• Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Blue Dart - DHL with tracking and drop-off without signature.
• If you prefer delivery by DHL Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
• Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
• We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
• Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Our Refund & Return Policy

• All our product(s) can be refunded with Original mode of payment, returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt of the items, 100% free of charge.
• We do not refund any shipping charges for returned or exchanged items.
• Once opened, electronic products or liquid product(s), as well as batteries cannot be refunded therefore we can exchange the defective product within 7 days of ship date.
• All leakage or damaged liquid products your items shall be replaced 100% free of charge. Just contact our Customer Service immediately and we will be happy to replace your items as soon as possible.
• For all orders, please allow us up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund amount with Original mode of payment.
• All free offered product(s) should be sent back with the damaged item(s).

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests shall be considered when made within 24 hours after placing the order. However, when the shipment process has already been initiated the cancellation request cannot be entertained.
• No cancellations shall be entertained for products that poppersindia.com has offered for special occasions like Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc.
• Cancellations shall not be possible for these because this are time limited occasion offers.

Customs and Import Duties

• Your order may be subject to taxes and import duties levied by your customs authorities once the package reaches your country.
• Any additional charges for your items to clear customs must be borne by you; these charges imposed by customs are beyond our control and we can’t make any predictions about how high they may be. We advise you to check with your local customs authorities for further information.
• Moreover, since you are considered to be the importer of record you are obliged to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the products.
• Responsibility of knowing the laws of the country in which you receive the products is yours as they apply to adult products. Poppersindia.com will not be held responsible, nor issue credit for items seized by the customs authorities of any country.

Reshipping charges

• In the event that your package is offered to the designated address and it is not accepted by anyone, the package will be automatically be returned to our warehouse.
• When we have to reship the parcel to your address again, shipping charges shall be applicable. These charges vary from INR 200-300 depending on the weight of the package.
• In order to prevent these additional charges we strongly urge you to make sure you supply us with the right address and make yourself available for accepting the package when delivery is due. You shall be called prior to delivery to give you an early notification of the pending delivery.
